7th Annual Dance & Family SocialOct 19, 2012

Don't miss the 7th Annual Dance & Family Social, presented by the Latino Arts Strings Program Booster Club, on Friday, October 19th from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the Bruce-Guadalupe Middle School Gym & Cafeteria.

In addition to celebrating a decade of excellence in music education and cultural arts, the Latino Arts Strings Program will receive the 2012 MetLife Afterschool Innovator Award as part of Lights On Afterschool, a national celebration of afterschool programs and the variety of ways they help youth succeed.

The evening will include music for dancing from the Latino Arts Mariachi Infantil followed by DJ Galerias. Plus-- clowns, skits, food, and fun for the whole family!

Anyone and everyone is invited to come and show support for the Strings-- teachers, students, families, and community members!

Tickets are only $3.00 per person and will be available at the door.
