What is the UPAF smART card?
As a UPAF donor of $100 or more, you've received the UPAF smART card. This donor benefit offers buy one, get one free tickets to one performance for each of the 15 UPAF Member Groups.
Are there additional benefits?
You will also receive the UPAF smART card Performance Guide to help you decide what performances you would like to experience with your UPAF smART card. Performance information is also available online at www.upaf.org Additionally, you will receive "Arts Beat" UPAF's e-newsletter that provides monthly performance information and performing arts news.
Does the smART card have any restrictions?
The individual performing arts groups designate their own restrictions which are listed below. Please contact them directly for further information. Tickets are subject to availability.
How many performances by each group is the smART card valid for?
Card holders may attend one performance by each of the 15 current UPAF Member Groups. You may select from hundreds of exciting performances during the season.

Your $250 donation or more includes additional buy one, get one free tickets to performances by UPAF Cornerstone Members including First Stage Children's Theater, Florentine Opera Company, Milwaukee Repertory Theater, Milwaukee Ballet, Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra, and Skylight Opera Theatre for a grand total of 21 performances.
When does my smART card expire?
Your smART card will be valid until one year from the date you gave your gift. To renew your benefits, please give to the 2013 UPAF Campaign.
Do I need an e-mail address or access to the Internet to use my card?
No. Your card can be used immediately to receive buy one, get one free tickets.
How can I track my smART card usage?
Visit www.upaf.org to register your card.
Click the "Activate smART card" link on the Home Page.
Input your e-mail address.
Type your personal ID number on the back of smART card.
To access your benefit page throughout the year, bookmark the smART card access page or visit www.upaf.org and click the smART card Login Page.
Will my e-mail address be sold to a third party not affiliated with UPAF?

Tickets are subject to availability. Free ticket must be of equal or lesser value. Must present the smART card at time of purchase. Performing arts groups designate their own restrictions.
Phone orders using the smART card are now accepted (subject to handling fee) at the Marcus Center for the Performing Arts Box Office, the Rep's Ticket Office, and the Broadway Theatre Center Box Office.
