In Tandem Theatre
Customized Performances
In Tandem Theatre maintains a creative staff that is able to provide entertainment in a myriad of ways for your organization. In the past, In Tandem has provided a karaoke emcee for an on-site event; accommodated a request for a Maxwell Smart character to distribute employee prizes throughout the office; and written a campaign specific medieval madrigal. Tell us what you need and we'll put it together - we can even help you come up with ideas.
Length: 5-60 minutes
Requirements: Dependent upon task

Milwaukee Public Theatre
Comic Monologues
Highly entertaining interactive comic monologues. Performers can speak on a variety of subjects - to be selected by the workplace, always tasteful. Example: "Dr. Babette on Stress in the Workplace."
Length: 5-15 minutes
Requirements: Ms. Leigh would need wheelchair access to performance space. Wireless mic or access to amplifier OR lectern that can be leaned on and microphone. Mondy and Mike will need a microphone depending on the size of the group.

Costumed Greeters**
Great for businesses or schools.
Lively and interactive clowns, stilt walkers and mimes will roller-blade, juggle or make balloon animals for your employees. "The Fabulous Fatheads" and drummers/musicians are also available--in ethnic or period costumes. Some historical characters may also be available--for example: Miss Kitty, early Milwaukee entrepreneur, Theodora Youmans, early suffragette and journalist for the Waukesha Freeman: Ben Franklin; Santa Claus & his Elves.
Length: 30-60 minutes
Requirements: Materials/space needs: Flexible; if clown is on roller-blades, need to make sure the floor surface can handle it; if stilt-walker, needs to be outside or VERY TALL ceilings.

Face Painting/Washable Tattoos/Chalk Artists
Enliven everyone's day with a colorful design or creation of your choice, hand-painted on your face or hand/arm, and you won't have to wear it forever!
Length: 3-5 minutes - We've even been known to do it for hours.
Requirements: Small table and 2 chairs, water container, access to running water

Juggling Workshop
Learn the ancient art of juggling scarves and 3-object manipulation! Develop your coordination, confidence and impress your friends!
Length: 15-30 minutes
Requirements: Large open space with no breakable objects in range of juggling

Magical Moments
MPT's experienced and talented magician will awaken your curiosity and dazzle your credulity with slight-of-hand, close-up magic.
Length: 15-60 minutes
Requirements: Good sight lines for audience

Take a Break
Burnt-out? Frustrated? Too "in-the-box"? Build teamwork, relieve stress and have fun as MPT artists guide employees through interactive creativity and theatre games, great for businesses and schools.
Length: 15-60 minutes
Requirements: Wheelchair access to performance space, large empty space.

Skylight Opera Theatre
From Broadway Musicals to the Opera - They're Closer Than You Think!
Skylight Opera Theatre Artistic Director, Bill Theisen, will illustrate how the world of opera is the origin for the Broadway musical. Together, you will examine the interesting progression from opera to operetta to vaudeville to musical theatre. You will also listen to and identify many of the operatic tunes that each and every one of us knows...music from cartoons, commercials, and the radio!
Requirements: The provision of audio equipment for the playing of CD's would be helpful. If not available on site, speaker can provide if given advance notification.

Musical Theatre
A talented singer and pianist from the Skylight will entertain your employee giving events with selections from operas and/or Broadway musicals.
Length: 15-30 minutes
Requirements: Outlet or piano, chairs and a microphone for large spaces.
