Bringing a performer or speaker into the workplace is the best way to raise awareness about the UPAF campaign,
educate people on the performing arts scene in Milwaukee and have fun!
As you plan your campaign here are a few items to keep in mind:
* Allow two weeks to schedule performers.
* Select three different performer/speaker options.
* All attentive audience performers/speakers are free of charge; background performers are available in limited quantities. For additional background performers please contact your UPAF staff member or Loaned Executive to determine the fee structure.
* Visit the Performance/Speaker Request form to book your performers online or arrange directly through your Loaned Executive.
* Once you receive your Performance Confirmation, review the date, time and location for accuracy.
The key for scheduling a performer or speaker is to communicate the information to co-workers. Share with them when the performer/speaker will be visiting the workplace and why they are there.
