Pop for the Arts - Every employee who makes a pledge of a certain amount gets the opportunity to pop a balloon filled with surprises, such as movie tickets, gift certificates for dinner, or even a day off. You can serve popcorn and soda pop, Tootsie Pops, Popsicles, and Pop Tarts. How about Pops music as a background for your events?
Baby Match - Collect pictures of your fellow employees (managers?) as small children, or pictures of them playing instruments or in a school play. Post them in a main employee area. Guess who is who for $1 a guess. A prize goes to the winner.
Tour de UPAF - Divide employees into four or more teams. As individuals donate, their team advances in the race. Track the teams with a poster and bicycle riders. As the donations advance, so do the riders.
